Beverly Asoh-Ncho is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and the founder of My Kidney My Life. With over 15 years of nursing experience specializing in nephrology and dialysis care, she has held vital clinical and leadership roles, including charge nurse and clinical coordinator. Driven by a deep understanding of the challenges surrounding chronic kidney disease such as delayed diagnosis and limited patient education Beverly founded her organization to promote awareness, support early detection, and expand access to resources. She is deeply committed to advancing kidney health in underserved communities through dedicated education, advocacy, and community engagement.

Collins Ncho

Collins Ncho brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management, specializing in corporate governance, compliance, and SEC-reporting audits. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston and serves as an Accounting Manager at a leading continental accounting firm. Originally from Cameroon, Collins merges his extensive international professional background with a strong dedication to humanitarian service. As the Vice President and Co-founder of My Kidney My Life, he plays an integral role in driving the organization's mission to improve kidney health and expand access to quality care.

Dialysis Technician

Nadia Velasquez

Nadia Velasquez is a Dialysis Technician with Fresenius Medical Care who brings four years of specialized experience in kidney care. Her passion for her work is deeply personal, having supported her best friend through years of dialysis treatments, hospitalizations, and a kidney transplant journey. Following her friend's passing, Nadia made it her mission to provide compassionate, empathetic care to every patient she encounters. She is committed to being fully present for her patients through every step of their journey, ensuring they receive genuine connection, understanding, and emotional support alongside clinical expertise.

Experienced Customer Service

Jessey Daba

Jessey Daba is an experienced customer service and cashier professional who holds a BSc in Banking and Finance. She is skilled in managing daily cash transactions, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining strict financial accuracy. Jessey has also provided vital front-desk support in a hospital setting assisting patients and visitors, handling inquiries, and managing the sales of hospital materials and supplies with exceptional efficiency and professionalism.

Registered Nurse

Lavette Forsac

Lavette Forsac is a Registered Nurse with a BS in Cardiopulmonary Medicine who has 14 years of health and patient care experience. In most of her nursing career, Lavette has worked in the Transplant unit, taking care of post kidney and liver transplant patients, developing post surgical plan of care and patient education to prevent transplant rejections and lifestyle changes. With expertise in Cardiac, Kidneys and pulmonary units, she is an expert in various fields of patient care and has a passion for advocating and preventing strategy. She joined the founder of My Kidney My Life Ms Beverly to help promote awareness and advocate for early prevention and detection of kidney disease. Our goal is to help the underserved community by providing resources and strategies to prevent kidney disease with early detection and treatment.
